beautiful victory of Carthage with the Hch, the Wb are not so good in def.

At this point I wanted to try a " What if". I saw that the Gallic deploiememnt and tactic was not so optimimum so I wanted to see the effect of some different deploiement. Since I play alone, everybody was agree. But for my small Tournament only the first battle is take in account. I play just for fun.

 So an other Battle with the same Armies, initiatives and terrain but some different deploiement.

a) Carthage: almost the same deploiement only the cavalerie is in othe place: the Cv behind the BUA and the Lh on other flank behind the forset.

b) gaule: now only 4 4Wb are place in front in oposition of the SP  with a support of one Lch. The other Wb are placed in front of the forest with a help of Ps and the 2x Cv are in the flank. the last lch is on the left flank in front of the BUA..

. Bound 2.

a) Carthage Pips= 2: the second Ps go on the left edge  of the forest to block the advance of the Cv and the 3Ax align withe the first Ps.

b) Gaule Pips= 2: the Ps go in direction of the ps without contact, and the Wb line advance 2 BW. The Lch can not advance due to the TZ of the BUA.

b) Gaule Pips= 4: Cv contact the Lh, Cv contact Ps, the first 4Wb shift to his right and contact the 4Ax the second Wb shift also and move to bring a débord ( no contact with the 3Ax)
the  second Cv contact the Ps.
Combat: 4Wb vs 4Ax: 3+3 vs 3-2+6 -> 4Wb recoil;                 Cv vs Ps: 3-1+4 vs 2+1 -> Ps (c) is killed) and Cv vs lh: 3+2 vs 2+3 _> deuce.
