First serie of Battle with Pyrrhus war: Gaule versus Rome

 First battle of the first serie of new battle: Gaulois (II-11) - Camille Romain (II-10)

1) Army's Composition

a) Gaule: Général Lch, 2xLch, Cv/Wb: Rd6=2 -> 2x3Wb, 6x 4Wb, Ps

b) Rome: Général Cv, Cv, 2x4Bd, 2xSp, 2x Sp, 2x4Ax, 2x Ps

2) Initiative: Gaule 3+3=6; Rome: 3+6 -> Gaule defend.

3) Terrain: Arable -> village (ZB)n in 2, 2 woods in 4 and 1 and a road between 1 and 4

4) Deloyement: Rome take the edge 3-4

Bound 1.

a) Gaule Pips=6: lthe 2x3Wb + Ps move forward 3LB in the direction of the wood. the 4x4WB move in direction of the 4Bd. the 2x4Wb in the village move forward of 2LB, The 2x Lch go around the village and the Général go after the 4Wb on the edge of the village in order to have every body in command radius.

b) Rome Pips=2: the Ps advance in direction of the village with 3LB, one SP(triani) take his place aligned with the other SP.

. Bound 2.

a) Gaule Pips= 3: the 3WB and Ps advance up to the edge of the forest. the first ligne of 4Wb rotate and advance in direction of the 4Bd.

the 2x4Wb go outof the village and attaque the Ps but they loose and recoil (3+2 vs 2+4).

b) Rome Pips= 1 ??????  ain the forest the PS go to align with the 4Ax.

. Bound 3.

a) gaule Pips= 3:  the 2x4WB whell again in direction of the 4Bd and the 2 other 4WB go to take rear support to the first 2 4Wb

no combat.

b) Rome Pips= 6 all the line move forward to contact the gaulois; Ps+2x4Ax (3pip); line 4Bd+Sp move to be on the same line and contact the 4Wb; Cv align with le line and finally one triari (SP yellow) move to his right.

a) gaule pips= 6: the Ps go back in fight, one 4Wb turn to take the 4Ax in flank (pdf), on other 4Wb shiht in the left to contact the Sp and an other 4Wb attaque in flank and the 2x4Wb attaque the Ps
